I like La Spa because of the professional working environment. It allows staff to be creative and we are trusted with using our initiative. We are inspired to provide an excellent service, where the customer’s interests come first. In the future, I would like to support the development of and take the spa services to an even higher level.

Of course, I have met a huge number of customers during my time at La Spa, but my fondest memories are of one particular customer Ms Blink from Europe. She and her husband were in Hanoi for two weeks; however, as her husband was always busy with business Ms Blink had a lot of time to kill.  Therefore, she would come to the spa every day for one-off treatments or would book a half-day package. It just so happened that her visits coincided with my shifts and we chatted about life, work and personal matters. On the day she was due to leave Hanoi to return home, and despite being busy herself, she checked when I was next be on shift.  She did not want to go without saying goodbye and thank you to me.  I will never forget her holding my hand warmly and for being so kind. She is the nicest person I have ever met.

Working at La Spa gives me the opportunity to improve my professional and social knowledge through training on job and off the job. The positive working environment is a plus point, and what I particularly like about working here is the fair and professional reward system.

There is one memory I will never forget at La Spa. An Australian couple and their two very cute young children were staying at the Resort and the husband and wife came regularly to the spa. I was really touched when the invited me to go out with them and the children drew a picture of me working in the spa reception.

Currently, I want to challenge and improve myself as my ambition is to be promoted to spa supervisor. In the future, I dream of having enough money to open a pet store.

I love La Spa because of its professional and enjoyable working environment. Our manager is lovely to work with and she has taught me a lot about life and work.

Of all the customers I have met at La Spa, I will always remember a woman from India who had a tendency to be extremely demanding and required highly a skilled therapist. Before the service, the receptionist reminded me about every request the customer had made and told me to be extra attentive. During the service, I took great care of the customer as if she were my relative.  I also helped her to take a shower and use the hair-dryer. At the end of the service, the customer said that I had served her with all my heart. Her thanks made me really proud and happy.

My plan is to study English, which will help me improve my abilities and further my career.

• Hobbies: I have a special interest in photography as well as interior decoration. I can easily spend a few days painting a room. I have a good eye for color and I am always happy with the result. I also love to travel especially by myself.

Unlike my previous jobs, I am more creative and inspired working at La Spa, which has such an interesting working environment. We are constantly developing new ideas to enhance still further the quality of service.

The most interesting customer I have ever met told me that my magic hands has transmitted energy from universe to him. It was funny and made me happy for a long time.

I love working at La Spa because I have the opportunity to interact with, and learn from, other experienced massage therapists. I love being able to do a job which actually helps people.

The most memorable customer I have ever met is Mrs. Emily who lives in Hanoi. She has such a beautiful personality and she has become a regular La Spa customer almost every Saturday.

Customers usually think that I am Chinese or Korean. But I always answer that I am Vietnamese who lives in Hanoi.
